Section 75 Claim — Letter Template
A letter putting a Section 75 claim to your credit card provider, setting out eligibility, breach and the amount claimed.
Section 75 claims are frequently rejected on technical grounds that do not actually apply — the $100 threshold misapplied to the card payment rather than the cash price, or the debtor–creditor–supplier chain wrongly said to be broken.
This template addresses those objections before they are raised. It sets out why the claim is eligible, what the breach was, and what you are claiming, including consequential loss where relevant.
